I have had nothing but problems here, ceiling and walls have cracks in them to show how old they are. The gym is not fit for the people who live on the property, only one treadmill that skips, broke everytime i go in there, apartment has roaches that come out at night and in the dishwasher that is old and decrepid, they never can fix properly. Neighbors have indicated to me that they have roaches as well. Cracks in bath tub, black ugly counter tops with white speckles that are completely marked up. Filter had not been changed in I don't know how long., Deck has a half shelf falling over, not big enough to put real storage in. Deck need to be redone. I tried opening windows, all types of bugs were falling and dead on the ceiling. REfrigerator and oven was nasty and dirty when i moved in. Front door lock was loose. It took two weeks to tighten it up. ask for the thermostat to be checked several weeks ago, ask again last week, still has not been checked, air conditioner broken since i move in, in NOvember, air conditioner replaced in May 2009. I just can't live with roaches and can't wait to move. I have another month here and then I will give someone else a try. I wouldn't recommend this property to anyone. The Manager is awful, disrespectful and doesn't know how to talk to the residents. She has a very nasty disposition and a ugly attitude. It's dirty on the outside most of the time. Dog poop. The mailboxes are flemsy. MY mailbox was open several times. I had to go and pay for po box so that I would make sure I was getting my mail. The laundry facilty is dirty, something on the floor every time I go in there which is not often. I decided to go to laundry outside of the property, just to see a clean atmosphere. It has been about 6-7 break in's in the last few months. I found out they live on this property they went to another property down the street and got caught and hopefully they lock them up and threw away the key. The alarm never worked since I've been living here. I paid for landline for 6.5 months and then they want to tell me to try another provider. This is a joke, how do you make someone spend money unnecessarily. These people are a joke in this office.
