I lived here for eight months, and was very happy with the place. The staff is excellent. The complex is a bit older than some in the immediate area, but is well maintained, and the prices are a couple hundred dollars better than others nearby. Good pool, exercise room, and laundromat. Plenty of parking. Very quiet. Diverse residents. The neighborhood is not glamorous, but it's clean and has plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. There were some reported break ins, but I always felt safe in the neighborhood. I see that other reviewers have made a big deal about bugs. I don't think I ever saw one bug. One little thing I liked a lot: a good many of the balconies look out onto trees instead of a parking lot.
