Having patrolled this community during my tours as a cop, I would highly recommend any single females, or families with decent children stay away from this place. There is a reason Champions Green separated themselves from Saratoga.... uncontrollable, uncaring management, can't find an officer who is willing to work/live there; rapes, guns, drugs, gangs, prostitutes, and the list goes on and on... and the crimes that don't occur on the property itself occur on outlying properties, to where the crooks walk via paths in the woods... It's an edifice of infestation of the human-kind.
