I have read the reviews other people made. They are all TRUE!! This is a Horrible or to better explain it the worst place you can live at! You'll be better of in a trailer park! I mean it! Starting with the management! Before Tiffany was made "the manager" the neighborhood was OK, now it went downhill, it went from bad to HORRIBLE! 1. Tiffany is the most unprofessional "manager" I ever met in my life! She not only loses rent checks, but charges you with the late fees!!! Not only me, many manyyyyy of the people that lived there had the same problem more than one time. She does not care about people at all. She is always on breaks or doing something else, but never there for you. SHe seems to be nice at first impression, but she is rude, mean, unprofessional, and low class I would say. 2. You have no idea about the drug traffic that goes on in that place and the office, knowing what goes on, doesn't do anything. For people with children I don't recommend having their kids growing up in that environment. It's so common to not be able to sleep because some teenagers are smoking marihuna outside your window, making noises all night long. 3. The buildings are dirty, they rarely wash them, and really old. 4. They adverstise a baby pool that is soooo dirty (who will dare to put their babis there) a jacuzzi that is full of bugs, that, when it has water!!!! And a pool that is closed 3/7 days!!!!!! To go to the gym you have to live your license in the office, which means you can only go to the office during office hours, when most people are working too. They won't spend money giving people the key to any of the ppol, or gym. I could go on forever. But This is to give you an idea of what goes on outside the buildings. And to only mention a little about the quality of the apartments inside, the windows leaked for about six months, I told the office MANYYY times, and only decided to fix it after SIX months. The breakers shut down "for some reason" so I was left with no electricity, and when I called the office the only fixed the problem the day after, meaning all my food in the fridge melted, at night I had no TV, Hot water, heater, light, ANYTHING!! Water bills got higher everytime, when I always spent about the same amount of water. The refrigerator broke very often, and they fixed it about a week!!! later. There is dog poop on the fields and sidewalks, it won't be cleaned until it rains, or the wind blows it away. I mean management or maintainance people won't do anything about it. That;s another one!!!! Maintainance people don't do ANYTHING! I think you all get a pretty good idea of this place. This is just some advise, I wouldn't like anyone who pays rent on time, and wants to live in good standards to go thru all of this!! To summarize this, DON"T MOVE IN!! You can find a much better place for the same price. You pay money and you deserve better!
