1.- well, let's see, about the apartment itself, did not look to bad but you can tell is very old construction and the power bills were kind of high because of it, bad insulation and old units like the AC or Heather, took forever to cool the place down and the AC unit ran long time.
2-outside the apartment, kind of dirty but not too bad, parking places were difficult sometimes, wanted to play tennis one time and there was not net and went to the office and told me that you have to ask them for it before you play and they did not find them.
3- Office Staff. hummmm, I hate to talk bad about a woman, but i guess when she deserve it you have to do it. Misheyla was super professional, never had a problem with her,Lynn was ok, very friendly. Tiffany, is something else, sounds very nice but you better watch out.
4- Noise, first 3 months were ok. after that they moved in a couple of retired people (nothing bad about retired people) but this two use to sleep all day and stay up all night with the tv wide open, music, fighting all the time, and when i contacted the office they told me that they have been trying to fix that problem sending letter but it was the worse 9 months of my life. I have to call the police on them more than 20 times because it was imposible to sleep.
I have my satellite dish outside my apartment, and they putted in the dumpster for me with out any advise, even a phone call or letter telling me that i needed to move mi dish plate.
I really recommend everybody to look for an other place to live.
