Late Charges!! From: kwoods391 Date posted: 10/4/2006 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005 1 response   I lived here for three years. The price was great, but don't be late you'll never catch up. If you're late you pay market rate plus 10%, plus 200, plus 5 a day. Other than that it's okay. If John was still there, it would be okay. When Tiffany took over everything went down. She's very hateful and not helpful at all. The pool and jacuzzi is nasty. I had mold growing in my apartment and nothing was never done about it. They charged me for all that mess when my water heater broke and messed up the carpet and caused the mold. It might seem like a good price, but don't be surprised.
