I completely disagree with the comment below mine. The new management company is providing lots of changes such as SOME new appliances, fancy wallpaper and replacement doors, (because room doors make the place, right'), but what about the leaking ceilings, patched roofs, severley drafty windows, faulty AC units, faulty thermostats and all around crapiness of each apartment. In fact, I currently have faulty appliances, and they refuse to trade them out because I am a "old" resident. They have given me the option to physically move my four person family into an "upgraded" apartment and jack up my rent, or live with what I have. They are basically giving the apartments a cheap facelift and not dealing with the cancer within, as to be able to charge new renters a huge amount of money for what they actually don't have, and hoping they don't realize it until after the lease is signed. What better way than to throw up some new wallpaper!! The new manager is pompous and arrogant because his wife works in the corporate office, (don't we all know a "man" like that), so trying to get him to honestly evaluate a problem is impossible. I have been a resident here for a while now and the new manager has made it painfully clear that they want all of the old residents out, so that they can charge 1200-1400 per apartment, (up from the 800 now). I know what they are doing as do many residents, and I will continue to pray for them because God doesn't like ugly, and SARATOGA IS UGLY!!

I would like to answer your comment with a little bit of clarity. The new management is not using any wallpaper anywhere. There is not a single apartment on the property right now over $1140.00 and that's for 1400 sq ft.If your appliance is faulty please contact me immediately so that I can resolve this problem. The fitness center is almost done and the tennis courts are completed. The clothes care facility is almost completed as well. I hope to hear from you soon. Kent Smith
