First things first when talking about this place. The kids here are not the brightest in the bunch. When arriving home from work an entire school bus will be loaded off at the entrance. Oh and you can honk your horn all you want those kids do not move. They just stare at you like you are in the wrong for wanting to drive where they are standing. You would be better off driving on the side walk and the grass bcause the kids are always in the road.
Second the maintenance can be at times good but when they are not it takes an act of God to get them to come and fix anything. I had mold growing in my bedroom due to workers in the apartment above me renovating the apartment. They busted a water pipe and I called the office and notified them of the watter damage. I could push on the ceiling and it moved. I had to sleep on the couch for a month because of maintenance not showing up. Not only did I call them I went in person and told them. After no response about the problem I typed up a letter stating that I would take the lack of action to the next level. Needless to say the problem was fixed the next day. Oh the way it was fixed I could have done myself. I know for a fact that since I could push the ceiling it needed to be replaced. All they did was spray a can of mold killer and called it a day.
Third there has been an apartment fire that caused the burning of an entire set of buildings. When you enter the complex turn right and go all the way down to right before the dead end and turn right. The set of buildings to the right are the new ones that they built due to the fire. I know a police officer that lives here and he had to stop a few kids that were setting fire to the bushes outside of his building. Another thing that you might not know is that the fence that they built part way around the complex is not only for a crime reason. I found out that the Roswell police have chased a few people into the woods near the complex.
I witnessed a fight in front of my building that I broke up and came to find out that one of the kids involved was jumpd later nearby by the other kid in the fight and his friends. The kid that got jumped was stabbed multiple times. This is from the mouth of an officer that came by later and asked if I knew any thing. Of coarse I could not leave out the wonderful juvie kids that live here. I witnessed a fire alarm being pulled by two kids that lived in the next complex that ran through a cut in a fence.
One other thing that I found from a friend that lived in a different building. He was looking out his window and saw a kid that lived in the next building breaking into a car that he knew did not belong to the kid. He approached the kid and stopped him. I myself have had to yell at kids to get off my car because I have seen them sitting on it at times.
The parking is a problem anywhere you try and park. There are times where there are multiple vehicles that I know for a fact do not belong to residents. Also about 1am to about 2am or so there is one vehicle that comes in and bumps their car that can wake the dead.
An uneasy peace of mind that is partly the police to blame but needes to be told. Someone that I know had their place broken into by the unsupervised juvies that were in the apartment above them. The detectives have yet to show up.
All in all the price that I got when I first started to live here was a good price to lock in at. The office staff is a good bunch of people. I have never had a hard time with them except the one time with the mold. Even the first group before the renovations and changing of leasing holders was good people.

I wanted to correct a statment you mentioned on the review. We do not have new construction of buildings due to fires. The only building that had a fire was over four years ago and it was our building number 10. This fire occured before Berkshire owned the property. We assure you that we make all attempts to keep the property looking its best and keeping the 4 million investments as nice as possible. We have asked a few residents to leave due to breaking leas policy. If any of these things you have mentioned are still occurring we ask that you contact the office as soon as possible. Again since this is another anonymou person I cannot contact you.
Sincerely,
Kent Smith
