I read some of these reviews and I cant believe what they say. I have lived here for almost three years and it has been great. The outdoor areas are kept nice and that is why they charge the people who put trash out on the ground, so it will be fair.
It sounds like someone that wrote the other is angry that they were sloppy and got caught otherwise how would you know what the fees are. The office is nice and they have never bothered me for anything.
All in all this has been a great place, I just signed up again and they gave me a special and they are gonna clean my carpets too. I have to say it sounds like a few bad apples are mad that they paid late a time or so.
