I completly agree with this post, and I also feel that the management trys to do as little as possible to help with these areas. All and all I think you will run into problems where ever you go, but I suggest you do your homework and make sure the pros out weigh the cons. I agree with the posts below, they are 99% acurate and hold a lot of truth to them.

Do not move here. It seems nice to begin with, but this apartment complex has many problems. Here is a short list:

1. The management office is rude, unhelpful, and will lie to your face about things they did or didn't do.
2. The gate is always broken, so don't move in if you're looking for a gated community.
3. Traffic is very bad getting in and out onto State Bridge Road.
4. Bug problems - and the office will only spray on Tuesdays, regardless of when you come home and find thousands of ants in your apartment. I had to kill ants every single day from mid-July until the day I moved out.
5. You only have one choice for a cable company, and they are terrible. The signal sucks, service is terrible, and they were unable to ever get my internet up and running consistently (b/c the signal was not strong enough).
6. The trash compactor is always full.

7. The water to the entire apartment complex was cut off by Fulton County for non-payment one day last June.

Repeat: Stay far, far, away, and beware anything anyone in the office tells you. They will tell you anything to get you out of their hair.


Do not believe the previous statements of a nice complex, they are put there by management for damage control. You know if a complex has to resort to this type of tatic then they are not worth anyones time! From the outside it looks very good, but when you move in you see the problems. First there is a very bad mold problem in all apartments from my understanding. Then you have teenagers that come in the complex from other neighborhoods to rob the vehicles in the parking lot and the apartment complex does nothing to stop it! I have lived here less than a year and i have had my car stolen, ran into and vandalized on three different occassion, and I am not the only one. The water sucks, the cable is the most expensive I have ever seen in my life, and the management does nothing on time! To be short don't waste your time!
