I currently still live here because my lease isn't quite up yet. It freakin sucks! From the moment we moved in the shower/bathtub water has backed up to half way up our shins. We called management and told them the plumbing needed checked and she said "It's probably just hair stuck in the drain, and that's not our responsibility." I told her it had been that way since day one and that we did not want to clean prior tenants hair out of our drain. She just responded with that's not our responsibility again. Since we don't want to clean other people's hair out of our tub we have to use Drain-O about every other week.

There is constantly dog poop everywhere. They recently put the most inconsiderate tenants in below us. When you can't enjoy a movie in your own home it's sad. The breezeways and stairs are constantly a freaking mess: Cobwebs, dead bugs, etc. The faucets and all plumbing fixtures are nasty and need to be replaced severely. You can tell that everytime they re-do the apartment for a new tenant they just freakin caulk over the top of 15 layers of caulk they laid down before. Our hot water went out at one point because the air conditioning unit was leaking on top of the hot water heater and shorting it out...nice fire hazard.

You can tell that instead of fixing things that need to be fixed the management at this apartment complex just tries to cover it up with a cheaper option. They are all about saving themselves some money. I find that one of the main ladies in management is very rude and short. I wouldn't recommend moving here to my worst enemy.

The positives in this complex are FAR not worth the negatives!!!
