Beautiful place, the office staff sucks. The gate was not working properly because of one or two fast-and-furious living in Bristol park. At night sometimes they were racing in the street.
When something was broken, the maintenance was at my door the same day to take care of it.
Beautiful Pool(2) One heated(when you ask and insist) and the other is not, Tennis court (2), great park, Target, Walmart and Publix by walk! One-bedroom/$805-Month
When it was time to leave, I needed to faith with the office girl to have my deposit back, even if my apartment was "very" clean she tried to find some reasons... Because I had my cousin with me as a witness when they came to make their inspection, everything became well, I received my deposit back (but not without faith...)
If you are not from United States, you will need to let them around $900-$1000 deposit so take care of your deposit when you leave...
Great place to live, Maintenance Great too but the girls in the office are very bad.
