Everything sounded great when looking to move in. Senic surroundings, gated community, 2 pools (one heated), 2 hot tubs, exercise facility, and organized community activities. I was misled. The pools and hot tubs have been shut down most of the time for various reasons. Once, they were shut down by Fulton County. When the main pool is closed, they lock the gates to the pool which is the only access to the excercise room. The gates rarely work, so anyone can come in at will. The organized community activites were a lie - they never have any! Many of the office staff are rude and seem to place blame with any problems on the residents. Some of the maintenance staff are kind, others are just down right unkind to the residents. I have lived in several apartment complexes in my life and had very good experiences. But, living here is a nightmare. I have talked to many of my neighbors and all seem to share my negative experience. I'm moving out at the end of my lease! If you are looking, look elsewhere!
