This has always been an upscale and pleasant community to live in until the new management took over in late December, 2003. In the past we had community activities, facilities that worked appropriately, maintenance staff that wore uniforms and worked to make the complex a pleasant community - that is all gone now!
Now, we're lucky if the pools aren't closed by the Fulton Co. Health Dept., the gates are working and the trash is picked up on a regular basis. The office staff is rude, unwilling to amend situations and the maintenance staff appears to be unskilled and unwilling to learn and do.
I no longer invite friends and acquaintences over, nor do I plan to resign a lease.
