I have lived at Bristol Park for almost a year. In that time the pools have been closed by the county, the "security gate" hasn't worked 90% of the time, the maintenance staff do a half way job and then get mad when you call them back out to do the job right. When I moved in, it was an upscale property...not any more. The only bright spot in the office is the older leasing agent who is always willing to help a resident whether she is working or off duty. The other leasing agent is too busy flirting with every man that walks in to care about the property. I think she has turned the office into a brothel!! The manager is completely blind to what is happening to the property. If she shows up to work at all, you can't see her, her door is shut, she is busy. She and her trash she brought with her have brought this community down. The old management property used to do background checks on every tenant, now they let anybody live here. from the looks of it they anybody work here too. I just gave my 60 day notice. I will be finding a new place to live. So...if your looking, don't stop at Bristol Park.
