Just moved in and so far I have been pleased. I have heard other horror stories from other tenants especially about maintenanceSo far I have only had a few issues but I'm overall pleased. I have heard some bad stories from other residents especially about maintenance. My first experience with maintenance was very good. My problem was addressed within 2 days. The maintenance man even did a few other things that were not on my list, including taking out my trash when he left. However, the office staff does not return phone calls. The grounds could be kept cleaner. The playground is very dirty. The swings are broken, there's standing water at the bottom of the slides and it's too far back off the nature trail to really feel safe. The complex has the potential to be extremely nice. The apartments are very large and they are decent. The location is wonderful. I have been told by more than one resident that when you renew your lease they up your rent to market value. If true I will not renew my lease, because these apartments are NOT worth market value. If you are looking for a great location and you are not high maintenance, Bristol Park will be perfect for you.

These things might be true, but watch out for the Connor Group. They are dishonest and shoddy businessmen. Just check out the reviews of their properties from the Dayton, OH area where they started out (Georgetown of Kettering, Steeplechase, Castlebrook, and Cambridge Commons). Not one place has good things to say about them. THEY ARE NOT GOOD BUSINESS PEOPLE, THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER!!

You start saying you're pleased, but almost everything you state in your review is negative. And that's because it should be. The complex used to be a nice place to live, until The Connor Group took it over. Now it's a s--- hole with terrible management!
