i've left at least one review on this site before. i was very reluctant to renew my lease, but i did - because this complex is the best motivation for saving up to buy a home and get out of apartment living all together. lately there have been car vandalisms and new tenants are mere high school graduates who party every night, fight with their boyfriends/girlfriends out in the parking lot for the whole world to see, and use the parking lot as a personal trash bin. just recently all 4 wheels and rims were removed from a car overnight, and the thief put the car up on cement blocks borrowed from the landscaping. one car had a tire slashed, another car was walked all over by someone (leaving dents and footprints in the hood, etc). yet another car had a brick thrown through the windshield (a few months ago). i can also attest that the reviews mentioning pot-smokers, drug dealers (and other "home businesses" of a shady nature), broken beer bottles, trash, stray cats, oppossums (and other rodents) in the walls, mold, pool being shut down due to failed health inspection, etc. are all TRUE. i've witnessed it myself - because i've lived here for going on 2 years. gangs don't have to be residing in suburban areas to commit crimes there, people! don't be naive and therefore put yourself into even greater danger. the only thing that makes me feel safe at night is my shotgun and german shepherd. it will be a sweet day when my family and i move out into a home - away from the ghetto magnet of alpharetta. believe it.
