My family and I were really excited about moving into such a beutiful apartment complex. Having been here 6 months, I researching legal ways to get out of the rest of my lease. Management is very poor. The laundry facility has had broken equipment on several occasions, they take long (weeks) to get even minor problems fixed, and don't try to call the emergency after hours number to get assistance...I never get a call back. The pool was open late this year and closed down shorty thereafter. There was a sign on the pool gate warning tenants not to use it by the Health Department for being a health hazard. The equipment they list as having in the business office available for use, has actually been taken out of the room for use in their management office. The car washes are not any better than a low pressure garden hose. Tenants seem to be moving out faster than they can get them in, even with 2 months free rent and $500 referral bonus. Bristol has very nice people working here, but they demonstrate no professionalism.
