I would never recomended this apartment complex to anybody. You will never resieve good customer serviece, they will tricked to sign lease on such good conditions, but 1 month later you will realise you are paying not just for the water and sewage,but also for trash,electric outside.and for pest control. Did any apartments charge you for pest control' Why do we pay our rent'Maintenance people fix problems uncorrectly. Poor workmanship. May require multiple trips by maintenance,very uneducated.They have security gates....well it's been broken sience forever . So, this is just example of few things and believe me it's just start.
