Ok, I have lived here for about a year and will be gone when the lease is up. This complex is located in a very nice area of Alpharetta/Duluth, but the Connor Group has let it go WAY downhill.
For starters, the pools were CLOSED DOWN by the Health Department. Do you know how bad a pool has to get for that to happen'' There were dead animals floating in the hot tub along with frogs that had made a home there since the thing hadn't been cleaned in over a year. What did they do to fix that problem' Well, they poured concrete into it!!!!!! Also, there were opossums living under the deack area next to the pool along with a dozen or so stray cats. Mold has been found growing in numerous apartments and the office staff doesn't even care. They take about 3 weeks to fix any maintenance problems. They NEVER return phone calls. You have to be physically in front of them to be able to speak with any of the staff. If that's not bad enough, the management company, Connor Group, does not respond to calls or email..ever. The apartments have alarm systems that don't work. Cars get broken into all the time.
You will have nothing but headaches if you decide to move in here! Don't be fooled by the nice girls at the front office. They will be as nice as possible to get you to move in...don't forget, they make $$ off you when you move in.
