Okay, so I find it highly ironic that the majority of bad reviews are posted by "anonymous". In addition, gangs''' Are there really gangs in Alpharetta' That's pretty amusing. Who's smoking the pot' Teenagers or adults' Are there really opposums in the wall' I heard the management was bad via a colleague that has lived there for a year and a half. She has never mentioned any of these issues.
I would love to hear some balanced feedback -- the pros or the cons before I sign a lease.

i just left a review that says the same thing: gangs do not have to reside in an area to commit crimes there - don't be naive - crime happens everywhere.
futhermore, adults are the ones smoking pot openly on their porch, stinking up the entire breezeway - and probably selling it or buying it out of their homes (that they share with their children, nontheless). but next time i get a whiff, i'll be sure to go ask them how old they are just to be sure. while i'm there, i'll explain that it somehow makes a difference if they are over 18 or not in determining how it reflects on the community.
and yes - there were half a dozen dead oppossums removed from the walls inside building 500 where they had eaten a hole through the wall and made themselves a little home - rent free!
