Not enough Parking, broken front gate

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007
So I just got home and had to park THREE(3)buildings away. An addendum to our lease has also been made regarding parking and apparentally each apartment is designated ONE(1)labeled parking space regardless of the number of rooms in the apartment.Plus,if you park on a curb your car gets booted and they'll tell you they will tow it to Kennesaw unless the fine is paid by midnight(cash only).If there are not enough parking spaces then DO NOT RENT APARTMENTS!!! Also,last spring my AC went out and it took approximately 2 weeks to fix it. The front gate hardly ever works. Both of the pools(2) were closed summer of 2006 because they did not pass health inspection.
