Parking has been somewhat of an issue (especially lately), but I'm really confused by some of the reviews on this site. Gangs' In Alpharetta' Please. Yes, I wish the front gate worked, but I really don't feel unsafe and I have never heard about any crimes occurring in this complex. In addition, the office staff seems very nice and while they are young (most look in their mid-20's) they seem to try to help tenants with problems more than the previous management did when I first moved in. I think the main problem with office staff and maintenance is making promises that are not kept... for instance, they planned to put numbers on parking spaces in December or January and there still are none. I have never had a major maintenance issue that was not resolved soon after I called it in and my apartment and its area are well maintained. I would definitely recommend Bristol Park to anyone who needs a place to live for a reasonable price while saving for a home.
