I've lived at the property formerly known as Bristol Park for several years. The property was recently bought by Worthing Companies, and changed the name to Chelsea Ridge. HORRIBLE management. Constant turnover of staff. Maintenance requests completely forgotten, not even followed up on. No notice left when they enter your apartment and do things. The new owners are completely remodeling the place and, of course, jacking up the rent. The new feeling is cold, emotionless, not at all the community that this place was a year ago. They are chopping down the beautiful trees "so people can see the leasing office better." They're trying to "rid the property" of the beautiful and sweet neighborhood cats. Worst of all, if you are a resident who stays in the unrenovated apartment, they refuse to do much maintenance, especially if it involves appliance problems. My advice -- stay away! These guys need a couple of years to get their issues fixed, and by that time, all of the long-term residents will be long-gone.

Yes , I agree .. this place is horrible ..they are a money hungry management..I lived out my 12 months lease after they never did anything regarding maintence ..( i can go on ) but they are trying to make me pay and extra month ..guys i done everything by the books ..but because so many people are moving out ...their losing money and trying to hold resident longer then they want to stay ..i have my lawyers all over this one...if any resident who is still living here and is unhappy contact chelseridgecomplaint.com and tell us your complaints and together we can come up with solution ...
