I have lived at Chelse Ridge/ Bristol Park for 5 years and I can say that it is not the best, but there are worst places out there. They bill themselves as luxury apartments but that is probably a fringe statement. In my opinion they are bottom tier luxury apartments.
The gates never work which is not a big issue for me i like when they are not working. Matanence is the biggest issue. You have to follow up with them to make sure things get taken care of. It has always been that way. It seems it is never a simple phone call and then you come home from work and things are fixed. You have to stay on them and that has been the case for ALL the management that has been there.
They are nice enough when you are moving in and seem to usually try to be helpful afterwards but I have not really seen them go out of their way. They tend to seem understaffed and there are not enough people in the office.
I have stayed here because the price has been competitive for the style of apartment and location is very ideal for my work.
Overall they could be a lot better, but they could be a lot worse. When things are working I'm very happy here. The times when things do not work though are quite trying. We went two weeks without AC during July two years ago. That just seems unacceptable to me and their solution was they gave us a window unit from the office to cool our living room while they waited on a part.
They have increased the amount for the water bill even though they put in water inhibitors to reduce the amount of water used which in turn makes the water pressure in the shower and kitchen sink very poor. Parking can be very poor depending on where you live in the complex

Hello,
I am relocating to Atlanta soon. Currently I am in the process of searching a good apartment complex for me and my mother. My focal point in the apartment search is to have a clean and safe apartment. I am searching for a 1 bedroom single top level apartment in an apartment complex which is safe, with decent amenities, bug free, good maintenance, no hidden fees, etc. I'm not sure if this is a good place to live so, I seek feedback from my would-be fellow neighbors. Please advice whether I should rent an apartment here.
Thank you for your feedback
