I have lived at chelsea ridge for about 2.5 years now and their was a time when i felt concerned but I think overall it is a nice place to live. At my last community that I lived at I had many problems so when i came here i was being very cautious. The gates do not work all the time but I mean if someone wants to get in they are going to anyway. I have had great experiences with the office staff and they all seem very nice. Me and My son love the location and we havent had any problems with matinenace yet. I love my granite countertops and think chelsea ridge is the only community that offers it around this area.
