I moved here about 4 months ago. This is the worst experience that I've had living in the Alpharetta - Johns creek area. The Maintenance is not very responsive to calls about broken things in the apartment. However they just went through a remodel in every apartment on site. I don t see how they spent so much money on counter tops and stainless steel but the toilets run all night and will not flush. I have called maintenance 3 times for this problem, however a man comes in the apartment and you are not able to communicate with him. He has no clue what s wrong when he rings the door bell. This makes me questions is he getting written complaints when I call into the office'
Now let s talk about the neighborhood rooster. I wake me up every morning around 5am. This is not by choice. When I call the office about the rooster, they tell me they have tried to catch this rooster for over 7 months with no luck; however it is outside my door every day when I wake up.
