I moved in a 1-bedroom apartment early August. It is the smallest apartment they have and I like it very much. I am on the 3rd floor and noise is not a problem at all. No maintenance issues yet. Charges for valet trash ($15 p/m) and water (flat rate $30 p/m) are reasonable. Payed around $55 for the first month for electricity.
Like the location. Gates have been repaired and are working most of the time.

Staff (Caleb) was very helpful and friendly. I checked on several places and Chelsea Ridge was the best deal for what you get for the money.
