Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
 
Hello,
I stayed in collingwood for 2 years. After i move out they send me a notice stating 450$ for damages.
I had left the apartment ---- and span.

So for everybody reading this please make sure you are PRESENT when they do the inspection.
They will say stuff like we will do the inspection later etc..

DO NOT believe them. Else you will get hit the way i did..
