Just wanted to add to the previous person?s post... The staff is VERY professional and I would say goes beyond the call of duty to help (Patrick in particular). The grounds are beautiful and it is the only apartment complex on this road...everything else on this road is residential with 200k homes.



Even though it is not gated, you feel VERY safe because of your surroundings, the small size of the community and alarm systems.



I currently live in a brand new complex (2003) and I am counting down the days to move. Newer does not always mean better, folks. My experience has been that the new complexes are built so fast and so cheap that they aren?t worth it. Collingwood is around 7 years old and very well built.



I can?t wait to move in. OH! And I also talked to several residents and they all said that it was a safe, wonderful community.
