I moved to Collingwood sight unseen from out of state and I loved it. They are going through remodeling right now (siding & painting) which is pretty noisy when they are right out your window, but it's really looking good. They let us know when they are doing something, inside or out. The communication from the staff is excellent. I find the maintenance crew to be especially cooperative and eager to please. My ONLY problem is with people picking up after their pets. It's no where close to as bad as when I first arrived, but there seems to be a problem with people thinking they don't have to. But over all, this place is great and I have no plans in leaving any time soon.
