Collingwood

We chose Collingwood due to the "refundable deposit" of $200. Sounds nice compared to others who are upfront with their nonrefundable deposits. The disorganized staff of this low rate apt complex lost our forwarding address so 2 months after moving out I called to be sure they had our address to settle any bills and/or the deposit and was met with a serious lack of respect and found out that they were actually keeping our deposit and charging us for "damages". Those include a dirty tub (which was filthy when we moved in) and 3 nail holes in the outdated bathroom wallpaper. The woman then berated my wife and I for not cleaning the tub better and being "bad tenants".
I don't feel anyone should be subjected to the treatment of this staff at Collingwood. Their carwash never worked / their grill was always filled with dirt and leaves / their "fitness center" was no more than 2 walk only treadmills and a universal machine that is dangerous and beyond it's useful life.
They do however have excellent cookies in the lobby and one nice salesman - don't be fooled. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
