I have lived in several apartments in different states. I moved to Collingwood few days ago. And I have never seen such a worst apartment complex. Once you sign the lease, dont even think about calling the office for maintenance. The front office crew is impolite and they dont know anything other than saying "we will send maintenance". They will send the maintenance crew but all you get is free advice to buy a house. I am sick and tired of hearing from the maintenance crew that I should move to my own house if I want anything fixed in the apt.

I couldn't agree with you more. I am also from out of state and have lived in several apartments. This is by far the most poorly managed.

I COULDN'T DISAGREE WITH YOU MORE. I AM ALSO FROM OUT OF STATE AND HAV LIVED IN SEVERAL APARTMENTS. THIS IS BY FAR ONE OF THE BEST APARTMENT COMPLEXES!!

This place is awesome. The people who write this negative stuff probably did not get the "special" treatment they wanted. Grow up and find something to do with your time.
