We have lived here for just over a year and were happy to renew our lease. We have never lived in a place that the staff was so friendly and egar to help. The grounds are beautiful and kept clean. If we have ever have a maint. issue it usually taken care in the same day and the guys are great.
Overall making Collingwood our home has been the best decision we could have made!

This is a very pretty place to live. Yes, there are small problems. But you will find those everywhere you. If you want perfection go buy a house.
