The tenants litter a lot. They take junk of their cars and leave in the parking lot. Some tenants very noisy, especially during the weekend in the swimming pool area - no one supervisors the area, so individuals in the pool after hours. Pet owners NEVER pick up after their dogs. Lots of dog poopo everywhere. Maintenance crew is nice. Management staff also nice. They need to hire a courtesy patrol to watch the litter and some pet owners
