I have a mixed rating. The apartments are beautiful and the staff is quite friendly and responsive. Unfortunately around my building there is a garbage problem that does not go away. In addition, the grounds behind some buildings are neglected and there is often much noise late at night. I understand that many people live here and some problems are impossible to eliminate. I do wish we had the option of calling a security company for late night complaints and also that staff would be available on weekends for repairs.
