A few problems but still very good; will stay.

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
We've been lived here since early 2000. We first had a 2-bedroom 3rd floor, then moved into e 3-bedroom, also 3rd floor, fireplace unit. Best price/quality ratio for this area so far.
The 2-bed was cleaner at move-in, but the staff never refused a carpet cleanup or any other checks/repairs.
Car wash facility sometimes closed due to stupid tenants complaining because of the so-famous "draft". Free vacuum. Pool was dirty during non-usable months, but crystal clear now. Wife and kids use it everyday.
We plan on staying here.
