I have lived here for two yrs now and I cannot wait to leave in a few months. I loved my first year here - then RAM bought it. It's been horrible ever since. The management is terrible and the place is becoming a dump. They are renting to 'low rent' people now - I wouldn't be surprised if they were taking Section 8 now. The outside areas are not cleaned anymore, the management is RUDE RUDE RUDE, and I simply hate living here. Can't wait to leave!

Really, untrue...and even if they were renting to Section 8 tenants....what is the correlation between your dissatisfaction and people on government assistance?

This statement is so far from the truth it's funny. It is obvious that this person wanted some type of "special treatment" from the staff. People like this should grow up and find something to do with thier time. Collingwood is a great place to live. It is quiet and peaceful. The neighbors are nice and office people go out of thier way to help.
