Lived here nine months. Drab looking apartments. They would not show me the actual place, but a model was shown. The stairway looked terrible; all stained. Later, I realize why the guy who rented the place to me had mentioned that "we had a bat problem this year". Well, they must have been some beer-drinking bats!

Very slow to fix things. Not enough parking space at night. The apt was quiet, but very unattractive. See the actual unit, at least the exterior. People stay here only for a short while. Ask if they renovated the interiors.

This person is writing a review and hasnt even lived here since 2001. GIVE ME A BREAK! Get out and see the place before you decide. These apartments are far from drab and the complex is quite. I never seen a bat much less one that drinks beer...maybe the guy writing this had a few to many to drink. Plus there hasnt been a guy in office in forever.

Past performance can be an indicator of future results. For nine months I had to live here with all those stain marks greeting me in the mornings. Why could not they clean the place up.
