I live here, and am considering breaking my lease to escape from this filth. I moved in a few months ago, and thought I was getting a good deal. The girl that leased to me is no longer there, and she was the only friendly one in the office. I have complained several times on my noisy neighbors and the nasty stairs and walk ways, but nothing has been done. The manager has an aweful attitude, and maintenance is horrible. I have over heard the manager yelling at other tenents, and when I call in work orders, sometimes they aren't done because the staff forgets to tell maintenance. My apartment was also filthy when I moved in. I guess that should have been my clue. Unless you want to deal with a bunch of clueless idiots that are rude, I would not recommend this place.
