I moved into a one bedroom a little over six months ago. While the transition was rocky for me and my cat the staff in the office made me feel welcomed and at home. Not only were they nice and accomodating they even took the time to get to know me. The maint. guys even changed my plug on my dryer and hooked up my washer for me. During Christmas they even delivered all of my packages to my apartment for me.

The only bad thing I have to say is I can sometimes here my neighbor. But what can you do. It is an apartment.

I feel that I made the right choice in renting at Collingwood. My advice..stop by and take a look at how pretty the place is and how nice the staff is and then decide if this is where you belong.

I am sure this is an employee that wrote this crap. Trust me, they do not deliver packages to the door. I have asked and they said they don't do that. Maybe they have favorites, but either way, they don't do enough to accomadate considering what we pay for this place. It's not gated and it's over 12 years old. This place is so out dated and what makes it worse is that the staff does not care about anything.

Whatever. We have lived here for the last two years and the staff has always been more than accomodating. If you think it is so bad then move.

I couldn't help noticing your responce. You said you have been there for the last two years but in your original rating you said you had only been there about six months. You should get your story straight before you post a bogus rating. Now I'm sure this is a staff member.
