I moved in about 7 months ago and have had problems with just about all of my appliances. The air conditioner hasn't worked all summer and the management is so cheap they won't replace it. They have a new girl in the office and she doesn't have a clue about anything. Also, the office staff always have the answer service on and when you do talk to them, they don't take you serious about your problems in the apartment. I regret moving here and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! The only thing possitive I can say about this place is that it is in a good location. That doesn't make up for all the negatives though.

It's not the staff or management company; it's the OWNER. They take directions from him about expenses and your comfort. Legally, he has to ensure that A/C works and appliances work, or you can move out if he refuses to provide basic necessities. Go to NOLO.com and research other legal websites,plus every state has laws regarding negligence. If indeed appliances and the HVAC system is malfunctioning, call a lawyer. They will replace or fix your appliances, trust me!!

this is a great place to live. but the bad part is it is hard to please some people thats always looking for trouble to start or get something for free from the office staff. I moved in sept 07 and my few concerns of calls or work orders was taken care of fast. The new guy was so nice and professional i could still hear his voice 2 hours after he left my apt. the office staff is great dont listen 2 these mean people
