Got a good deal for 2 months free when I moved in. Sadly, our particular unit has been a headache from the beginning. 1) AC did not work for first month, 2) somehow our electricity was tied to another unit's so that our electric bill was about $240 in a month when the AC wasn't working, 3) a leak from the bathroom above us soaked both our bathroom and closet floors; this took about 3 weeks before it was fixed and another 4 months before the wallpaper was correctly replaced, 4) the heater/AC is not strong enough to blow air into one of the bedrooms; this was admitted by the front office, 5) there was no lock on the outside storage for 2 months, and 6)the dryer vent was not properly connected, so hot air was being vented into our kitchen most of the summer. uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax
