Years at this apartment: 1996 - 2002
Community was basically quiet and clean. Maintenance was below par, but the office staff was good most of the time I was there. In one apt the bath above leaked down into our apt causing moldy ceiling. It took over a year of complaints to fix. They came out for every complaint, then the leak would happen again, then they would "fix" it and then it would happen again...
On my move out on the 2nd apt there, the office charged for damages that did not exist.
