Warning!!! - Living here will be extremely stressful.
should be named Murphy's pond ( as in murphy's
law - if it can go wrong, it probably will)
Office staff is often rude and slow to respond when problems arise. the buildings have been poorly maintained. shoddy workmanship in every area
maintenance crew can take weeks to repair even
the simplest of problems and then repair
work is often shoddy oris done incorrectly. Every problem has been a struggle to have repaired. I have even had an occasion where the maintenance man refused to a repair!
Complaining to the office staff will get you no where. They respond either defensively or with an "oh well, that's just how it is" attitude.
I received decent service only in the first 30 days of my lease ( the lease is breakable without penalties within the first 30 days)
would not recommend Holcombs Pond to anyone!!
