Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
grounds are clean and well maintained...
but that's where the perks end.
the buildings are old and have never been
remodeled. there are constant problems
due to poor maintenance/workmanship.
the maintenance crew always took forever to
arrive for repairs. 9 times out of 10 the work was not done correctly, requiring 2nd and sometimes 3rd visits.
The office staff was good when I first moved,
but they were slowly but surely replaced with
a lazy,indifferent,rude and ignorant staff.
Their customer service skills are so poor,I think they must been hired directly from the local DMV office.
the worst of the bunch was promoted to leasing manager right before I left.
at move out they did not allow me the opportunity to be present at move out inspection and then tried to charge for damages that did not exist.
do not recommend
