Hi All!

My experience at Holcombs Pond has been good! I would reccommend it to my best friend or a relative. My stay at Holcomb's Pond was short due to purchasing a home, but like I said, I would recomment it to all! The leasing staff was friendly as well as the maintenance staff. As for safety, its fine. I have left my front door open on several occasions and had no problems. The pool was a great time!

For those poor comments, as for the person who needed a hotel room...get a grip, the management did what they needed to do by providing you with a room!

I have had several encounters with Karen and I have found her to be sweet, you may take her wrong at times, because she is a very professional person. She is quiet.

Again, I just loved my apartment during my stay and believ me, I am still recommending Holcombs Pond to my friends!
