I currently reside at Holcomb's Pond and I just wanted to say that the staff is awesome! I haved lived here for 14 years and I have seen management companies come and go, but I have to say that this new management company along with their staff is number one in my book! This new company took over about a year and a half ago and again I worried. It really did not change until the new manager came on board about a year ago. Her name is Diane. Diane is truly a concerned manager and her staff has come a long way. Cheryl, Karen and Anne are also very sweet and professional. The maintenance is moving along too! Tommy and Ray are exceptional.
Just know if you need a place to live I highly recommend Holcomb's Pond! The price is right and the location is great!
