Hi To All!
I highly recommend Holcombs Pond to all living in the Alpharetta area.
I love the new management company, and I have seen many changes in the year that they have been here. Holcombs Pond has had many managers, and management companies, but the staff and the management seems to have it together. I have seen the parking lots paved, heaters repaired, paiting, siding replacement, fitness center upgraded.
In my apartment alone, my appliances have been replaced. The old management would never have done this. Also I have to say the girls in the office are great! When I place a maintenance work order the office staff calls to make sure I am satisfied. That is truly a nice touch!
I like my apartment, it is perfect for my needs. The loccation is great.
