I agree with the overall rating of 3. It is better than some apartments, but there will be a few problems wherever you live. They replaced all the fixtures in the bathroom and the sink and put in new carpet and a new kitchen floor when we moved in. While living here they replaced our washer/dryer and our fridge. The maintenance staff is great, and most of the office staff is great too. My only real complaint is that they tend to just replace things the cheapest way possible. For example, our wall paint marks if you brush it too hard with your elbow and I am pretty sure we won't get our deposit back, because all of the walls will need repainting. Other than that I have enjoyed my two years here, the floorplan is really great.
